Staffing News for Next Session
As you are aware, the class lists have been given out so that you know who the staff are in your child’s class next year. Your child will have an opportunity to meet their classroom team twice over the next 2 weeks.
An update on the vacancies and staffing for next session is as follows: Miss Black is now permanent within the school. Mr Flanagan will take P2 next session for the year. Mrs Yeates has been given the permanent job share for Mrs McBrearty and so she will be teaching P5 on a Thursday and Friday.
We are delighted to have a stable staff for next session and we have been given an additional teacher who will share P7b with Mrs Nicholson to allow her to support Numeracy across the school.
We say goodbye to Mrs Coulter at the end of the session, we wish her well on her new journey of retirement and we will all miss her. If you want to contribute to a present from the children, please send any money into the Office before Friday.
We would also like to welcome our new Depute Head Teacher, Mrs Embleton who was successful at interview last week. I am sure you will join me in congratulating Mrs Embleton in her new role and thanking Mrs Coulter for all she has done for our school.
