School trip

I hope you are enjoying the lovely weather we have been having over the last week. On Wednesday 31st May the whole school visited Heads of Ayr Farm and the children all had a fabulous day.

Thanks to all the staff and parent volunteers for supporting our children.

The school’s Pupil Equity Funding paid for the buses and the Parent Council funded the park entrance, the train trip for P1-4 and ENP and the animal handling for P5-7.

Thank you so much to the Parent Council for this and they provided the children with crisps, haribo and also water for their snack. I am sure you will agree that this was very generous of them.

We are always looking for new members for the Parent Council, so if you are interested, please call the school or speak to Mark Ingram or any member of the current Parent Council.
